Cause we are a private company with limited resources, we have to realize our dreams step by step. The first thing we can do the best is our Chinese solution for mobile device. CE-Star is the best Chinese solution for Windows Powered device available now. Along with the success of Pocket PC's launch, CE-Star's sales were boosted. In the OEM (bundle) case, SHARP have bundled our new CE-Star 1.1 for their PV-7000 (Telios 2) in Hong Kong. We believe that others vendors will follow it.

About our founder, Rasir Dex

Rasir Dex is a software genius from China who wrote the famous PowerWord , CE-Star and PDFLock. He is the former vice general manager of Kingsoft Co.,Ltd (The biggest utilities software company in China). The PowerWord is the best dictionary software in China which be sold over 8,000,000 copies (retail and OEM). After he completed the successful PowerWord 2000, Rasir Dex left Kingsoft and prepared his owned start-up.
